These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of watermelonuniverse.com (the "Site"), operated by Watermelon Universe ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Age and Content Warning

The Site contains adult-themed and NSFW content, including games and comics with mature and sexual themes. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, and that accessing adult content is legal where you live. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

Watermelon Universe publishes original indie games, comics, and creative content, most of it centered on breast expansion and body-transformation themes. The Site also hosts a directory of third-party breast expansion games (the "Universe" hub) that links out to games made by other developers on other platforms. We do not create, control, or vouch for the content of games listed in the directory that we did not develop ourselves.

3. Downloads and External Stores

Some game builds are hosted by us and served through time-limited, signed download links generated when you click a download button. These links expire after a short period and are meant for a single download session — do not share them.

Other games and builds are only available through external platforms such as itch.io, Patreon, TFGames, Steam, F95zone, or a developer's own site. When you follow a link to one of these platforms, you leave our Site and that platform's own terms and privacy policy apply.

4. Third-Party Platforms

We link out to, and in some cases embed content from, third-party platforms including itch.io, Patreon, DeviantArt, TFGames, Steam, F95zone, X (Twitter), Tumblr, and Reddit. We do not control these platforms, are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

5. Patreon Sign-In and Patron Content

You can sign in to the Site with your Patreon account to unlock content reserved for patrons at certain support tiers. Access to gated content depends on your current, active Patreon membership status as reported to us by Patreon at the time of your request — if your membership lapses or changes, your access can change accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

Watermelon Universe owns the original games, comics, artwork, and branding we publish on this Site, unless stated otherwise. Third-party games listed in the directory, and any images, screenshots, or artwork belonging to other creators, remain the property of their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe content on the Site should be removed or credited differently, contact us at watermelonuniverse582@gmail.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or attempt to harm the Site, its operators, or other users;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site in a way that is harmful, excessive, or circumvents technical restrictions;
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, tier gating, or download restrictions, or share signed download links or patron-only content with people who have not paid for access;
• Redistribute paid builds, comics, or other gated content without our permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site, downloads, or linked third-party platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Watermelon Universe is a small independent studio. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our games, or any linked third-party platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
